Jordan Hooten is a devoted father to two boys, Camden and Jace, and a successful realtor and real estate investor servicing Jacksonville, St. Petersburg, and Tampa, Florida. Consistently performing at a high level, Jordan ranked in the top 5% of realtors by sales volume in 2021, 2022, and 2023.
After earning a Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University, Jordan began his real estate career in 2015 while working with a sports technology partner on the PGA Tour. In 2018, he transitioned to real estate full-time and has since earned numerous accolades, including awards for Most Listings by Volume, Multimillion Dollar Producer, and $10 Million Producer.
A passionate real estate investor, Jordan owns four rental properties, a mix of long-term rentals and Airbnb properties. Beyond real estate, he has a deep interest in entrepreneurship, coaching others on growing their businesses. He is also a co-owner of Sogro St. Pete Hospitality Group, the first franchisees of Southern Grounds Coffee Co. His group has acquired the Tampa, St. Pete, and Clearwater territories, with plans to open nine locations over the next three to six years.
Jordan is an active member of the Church of Eleven22 and is dedicated to giving back to his community, particularly to under-resourced children. He serves as a board member for READ USA and is a child sponsor through Compassion International.
