KST Group LLC ("KST Group," "we," "our," or "us") operates the website kstrealestate.com (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Platform you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, save homes, submit a contact or showing request, request a home valuation, or sign up for listing alerts. This includes your name, email address, phone number, and — for valuation requests — your property address. We also collect information about how you use the Platform: pages viewed, searches performed, listings viewed, homes saved, and feedback submitted on listings. When you visit the Platform your browser automatically sends standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and device type.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate and improve the Platform; to connect you with KST Group advisors in response to inquiries, showing requests, and valuation submissions; to send listing alerts and market reports you have requested; to deliver valuation reports via email; to track your activity across the Platform so your advisors can provide relevant guidance; and to analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve our service. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.

3. Information We Share

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information with KST Group advisors to facilitate the real estate services you have requested. We use the following service providers who may process your data on our behalf: Supabase (database and authentication infrastructure), Resend (transactional email delivery), Follow Up Boss (customer relationship management), Mapbox (mapping and location services), and Vercel (website hosting). We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of KST Group, our clients, or the public.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze how the Platform is used. We use Google Tag Manager to manage analytics and marketing tags. You may disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may limit certain features of the Platform. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

5. Email Communications

When you request listing alerts, a valuation report, or other communications, you consent to receiving those emails from KST Group. Every marketing or listing-alert email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You may also unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at hello@kstrealestate.com. Transactional emails related to your account (such as sign-in links) are not subject to opt-out.

6. MLS and Property Data

Property listings displayed on this Platform are sourced from the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors MLS. When you submit a showing request or inquiry through the Platform, your contact information may be shared with the listing broker or agent as required by the transaction. This data is handled in accordance with MLS rules and applicable real estate license law.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), access controls, and secure authentication. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but take reasonable steps to protect your data.

8. Your Privacy Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at hello@kstrealestate.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we have collected about you and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information and therefore do not offer a sale opt-out.

9. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
